Most people that enter the Mobile Food Service industry will make a few glaring errors. These errors can be the difference between success and failure. One such error that I’ve noticed from my time in the industry, is a fundamental misunderstanding of social media. This can be attributed to social media’s relative infancy, and those who can learn to conquer the online marketplace, will conquer the real life marketplace as well.
